Roasting into Summer

We're settling back into roasting again full time and most of our big orders have now been filled.  It feels so good to roast! (LOL)  The new software we're using with the roaster allows us to do so much more than we were able to before.  So, while it was painful being down for a month, now being able to develop our roasts even more is amazing.  

Recently, a gentleman came in looking for a new coffee roaster. He wanted to purchase beans in bulk but also had raw beans that had been given to him which he wanted roasted. It was a fun challenge, one we're eager to repeat.  

You can find our coffee brewed at Olive Branch Bakery, we provide packets for brewing at several local AirBnBs, and our beans are for sale at our local Buchheit Store.  Of course, you can also find our beans at the shop and here on our site!
