配送ポリシー

Please Note:  There will be no refunds for items you have not received if you have chosen to have them shipped via USPS Media Mail.  There is no insurance for this option and no guarantees.  

All Merchandise orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Coffee orders may take between 2-5 days in order to let beans rest after roasting.  Orders are not typically shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  Please remember that all shipping times are an estimate and not a guarantee.  For any domestic order totaling over $35 we will ship your order for free.  Most orders will be shipped "ground" if the address allows.

We are currently NOT shipping international due to fluctuating costs and tariffs.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER, PLEASE NOTE: Always factor in weather and holidays.  We will always do our best on our end to fulfill your order in a timely manner but once it is in the hands of shippers it is no longer in our control.
