* ... Dark Roast doesn't have more caffeine than Light Roast?  While it is bolder, roasting affects the density of beans.  By weight, there's really little difference. By volume, light roast will measure higher on the caffeine scale.

* ... Decaf can taste good?  We have delicious Decaf that we brew daily, pull shots with, and use for a Cold Brew.
