Change...

It's so hard to accept, but often necessary to keep things interesting and relevant.  I'm not gonna go crazy, but I am having to make a few changes.  Since we opened over 10 years ago, we have offered chocolates and truffles from the Chocolate Factory in St Louis.  Their prices have increased (almost doubled) and what they're offering is now fewer of the more popular items we were stocking.  So... 

I'm working hard to learn the art of Chocolatiering.  When I was little I wanted to be a Mouseketeer, but as a middle-aged woman I can tell you, Chocolate beats Mouse any day.  It may take me a while to find my groove but I hope to stock the case with more cookies and other options as well as chocolate.  "Bear" with me while this Mama Bear figures things out!
