This is a limited release - we will only be roasting 4 batches of this bean.
Featuring beans from Nicaragua, aged in a barrel from StilL630 in St Louis, and roasted to a City+. The barrel, X-92, housed a Rum and Sorghum Whiskey blend.
Our coffee is sold in sealed, zippered, bags with valves. This bean will only be sold in 1/2 pound size.
Beans will be shipped as "Whole Bean" unless you add a note at check out. Please specify the grind required (Coarse, Medium, Fine, ~or~ French Press, Drip, Pour Over, Keurig, or Espresso)

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, before you even taste that first sip, you'll get hints of the Rum and sweet Sorghum. Smooth hints of Chocolate and nutty notes are complimented by a City+ roast. Low acid content keeps it from being bitter even when it's gotten cold. In fact, if you have leftovers, throw them in the fridge and enjoy later! It's delicious fixed any way.
