"It Smells So Good In Here!"

Do you know how proud we are every time we hear that?  And we hear it often.  When you walk into a doughnut shop you want to smell that sweetness of a gooey doughnut.  When you walk into a diner you expect to smell bacon and hash browns frying.  So when you walk into a coffee shop you don't want to smell chili cooking, you want to smell the rich aroma of coffee. 

Roasting day each week is a particular treat for anyone looking to indulge their olfactory system.  The scent of our beans as they bake their way into perfection can be smelled across the Square (or as the wind blows).  As busy as we've been, we're now roasting on Mondays and often another day during the week.  

We still have customers coming in every day who don't realize we sell fresh roasted beans but they are delighted to find so many offerings.  Beans are seasonal so roasts change but we have created a medium roast house blend that we call our Villainous Blend (VILL-in-us).  The beans that are a part of it may change but we can bring in other beans with similar notes to replace them.  We also keep an Espresso Blend, an Italian Roast, a seasonal Dark Roast, a seasonal Light Roast, and a variety of other roasts including a very good Decaf on hand.  Each and every bean brings something new - flavor, body, and scent.

Forget the roses, come in and smell the coffee!
