This is a limited release - we will only be roasting a few batches of this bean.
Featuring beans from Brazil, aged for more than 2 months in a Remus Straight Bourbon Barrel acquired from ABV Barrel Shop in Arnold, MO. The Caramel, Spices, and Oak flavors from the Bourbon pair well with the Chocolate, Granola, and Nutty notes from the beans.
Our coffee is sold in sealed, zippered, bags with valves. This bean will only be sold in 1/2 pound size.
Beans will be shipped as "Whole Bean" unless you add a note at check out. Please specify the grind required (Coarse, Medium, Fine, ~or~ French Press, Drip, Pour Over, Keurig, or Espresso)

Tasting Notes:
On the nose, before you even taste that first sip, you'll get hints of the bourbon. Hints of caramel and nutty notes are complimented by a City roast. Low acid content keeps it from being bitter even when it's gotten cold. In fact, if you have leftovers, throw them in the fridge and enjoy later! It's delicious fixed any way.
