This organic Post-Roast Blend has notes of Cocoa, Dried Fruit, a touch of Hazelnut, with an Herbal Finish. Medium acidity and full body makes for a balanced cup.
About the Name:
Wapiti is a Native American word meaning "Elk" - since we hit the elk driving out to retrieve our roaster we like to have fun with Elk names whenever we have a blend. We are also close to Wapiti, Wyoming when we hit said beastie - it all just seems to work. This year's blend is version 5.0
